Pre-Season Preventative Maintenance Checkup
Pioneer will provide a qualified technician each fall and spring to inspect your heating and air conditioning systems for proper operation to ensure that it's in the best possible condition for the upcoming cooling or heating season.

In the event that additional service or emergency service is needed, we serve our Service Agreement Customers first!

GAS FURNACE INSPECTION

Check gas pressure.
Check for gas leaks.
Check for carbon monoxide leaks.
Check inducer draft motor for proper venting.
Check pilot and thermocoupling assembly.
Check electronic spark ignition.
Check heat exchanger with mirrors for leaks and cracks.
Check and lube all motors and bearings.
Check safety controls.
Check air filter/replace (not supplied).
Check noise and vibration levels.
Visually inspect the blower assembly.
Check overall operation of the furnace.
Check electrical wiring.
Turn on humidifier.
Vacuum the main fire box and blower compartment.

Visually inspect blower and assembly.
Check outside coil condition.

Check noise and vibration levels.
Check overall operation of system.
Turn on/off humidifier (if requested).

Single System Homes

This program only costs $139.95 for two Preventative Maintenance
Checkups a year. (includes one system per location)

Two System Homes

This program only costs $259.95 for two Preventative Maintenance
Checkups a year. (includes two systems per location)

MAINTENANCE CHECKUP

For a single Maintenance Checkup once a year.
Only costs $79.95, includes one system per location.
For each additional system per location $49.95.
(Priority Service and 5% Discount on Parts and Labor if repairs are required will not apply on Single Maintenance Checkups.)
